Bacon-tomato rice-cake

Serves four... well, sorta...

Ingredients

  • 4 lightly-salted rice cakes
  • 1 4-ounce container French Onion spreadable Cheese
  • 4 tomato slices
  • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella Cheese
  • 4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled

Directions

  1. Place rice cakes on baking sheet
  2. Spread French Onion Cheese evenly on each rice cake
  3. Top with tomato slices, mozzarella Cheese, and crumbled Bacon
  4. Broil at 400 degrees 3 to 5 minutes
  5. Serve immediately
