Ingredients
- 4 lightly-salted rice cakes
- 1 4-ounce container French Onion spreadable Cheese
- 4 tomato slices
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella Cheese
- 4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
Directions
- Place rice cakes on baking sheet
- Spread French Onion Cheese evenly on each rice cake
- Top with tomato slices, mozzarella Cheese, and crumbled Bacon
- Broil at 400 degrees 3 to 5 minutes
- Serve immediately
