Bacon with rice

Yeah... it's like that...

Rice is one of the greatest sources of food in the world, and it can be prepared in a myriad of ways; most are awesomely good, but few can match the sheer level of baconicity of Bacon with rice.

Is it good?

Ingredients

• Rice (any variety)
• Bacon
• Any additional ingredients that come to mind (not really... see below)

Instructions

1. Cut bacon strips into 1cm squares
2. Fry the bacon until just before crisping.
3. Save the rendered Bacon Grease.
4. Prepare the rice in whatever manner preferred, substituting bacon fat for oil.
5. Add bacon squares to rice halfway through cooking.

Serve with a strip or two of crisped bacon on top.

Goes great with baked beans.
